1. Description:

The Vortex mass flow meter is an instrument that measures the flow rate of gases and liquids. It can withstand temperatures up to 350℃ and is available in models with and without temperature and pressure compensation. For measuring superheated and saturated steam, the vortex flow meter with temperature and pressure compensation is the preferred choice. It can simultaneously display temperature, pressure, and flow rate, and the measurement unit can be set to volume or mass. The measurement accuracy is up to 1%.

2. Material and structural type classification and specifications:

 

※ The Vortex mass flow meter's display device is made of aluminum alloy, and the sensor material is SS304 or SS316.

※ Connection Methods: Threaded connection (suitable for pipe diameters below DN50), flange clamping, flange connection.

※ Structural Types: Integrated, Split, and Insertion type.

※ Power Supply: 24VDC/12VDC, battery powered, or 24VDC + battery dual power supply.

※ Output Types: Standard 4-20mA output, pulse output, Modbus protocol. HART (optional).
