1. application:

 

Steam flow meter vortex type is the preferred device for measuring superheated and saturated steam flow. Its standard temperature resistance is 250℃, and the highest temperature resistance can reach 350℃. The measurement accuracy is as high as 1%. Because the density of steam changes with the temperature, the vortex flowmeter with temperature and pressure compensation can measure the flow, temperature, and pressure of the gas at the same time. The display unit can be a mass unit, such as KG/H, or Ton/H, which ensures the accuracy of the measurement. The power supply mode of the device is normally: 24VDC+battery dual power supply, output with 4-20MA, Modbus communication, which can ensure remote connection to the control system and realize flow monitoring, control, management, statistics, etc.

2. Selection and installation connection method:

 

The maximum temperature resistance of the integrated type is 250℃, and it can be a pulse type, an integrated display type, and an integrated temperature and pressure compensation type.

The split type's maximum temperature resistance is 350℃, and it can be a common type with a display, which is a pulse type + flow integrator. The temperature and pressure compensation type is a pulse type + flow meter integrator + pressure transmitter + temperature sensor.

The sensor material of the steam flow meter vortex type is generally: SS304 or SS316. For pipe diameters of DN50 (2") and below, you can choose any of the three connections: thread, flange connection, and flange clamp. For pipe diameters of DN100 and above, you can also choose the insertion type.
