The basic structure:
Functional Components:
(1) Main Body: Consists of a measuring tube and a triangular prism (vortex generator). When the fluid being measured flows through the triangular prism inside the measuring tube, vortices are generated.
(2) Sensor (also known as a detection rod or probe): Detects the frequency of the vortex generated when the fluid flows through the triangular prism inside the pipe.
(3) Support Rod: Connects the main body and the converter, and protects the sensor.
The high-temperature vortex flowmeter also has a heat dissipation function.
(4) Converter: Converts the charge variable generated by the sensor into a flow output signal, including 4-20mA output, pulse analog signal, digital signal, and RS-485 communication.
