The clamp on sensors for ultrasonic flow meters are selected based on the diameter of the measurement pipe, the temperature of the medium, and whether there is a requirement to measure temperature or thermal energy. This ensures the configuration of the most suitable sensor type. Note that the sensor connection methods used for portable clamp on ultrasonic water flow meter differ from those used for fixed (permanently installed) units.
