1.Description and features:
The handheld flow meter has been upgraded on the previous basis. The new version retains most of the excellent features and functions of the old version: pulse measurement technology, ultrasonic ignition and small signal receiving circuit, etc. The main improvements and upgrades are in the battery power supply circuit and transmitter circuit. All other circuits are simply integrated into this new version, and now we have applied the most advanced measurement technology and obtained a more reliable ultrasonic instrument model.
The hardware has the characteristics of easy operation, high precision and high reliability, while the software provides a very friendly user interface and more functions. The patented balanced low-voltage multi-pulse ignition circuit greatly improves the anti-interference ability, allowing the flowmeter to work normally even in harsh industrial environments such as near power frequency transformers.
2.Measurement principle：
JY-TUF2000H handheld flow meter is designed to measure the flow rate of liquids in closed pipes. The sensor is a non-contact clamping type, offering the benefits of dirt-free operation and easy installation.
Two sensors are used, acting as both ultrasonic transmitters and receivers. The sensors are clamped to the outside of the closed pipe at a specific distance from each other. Transducers can be installed using the V method, where sound travels through the pipe twice, or the W method, where sound travels through the pipe four times, or the Z method, where the transducers are mounted on opposite sides of the pipe and the sound Go through the pipe pipe once. The choice of installation method depends on the characteristics of the pipe and liquid. The flow meter works by alternately transmitting and receiving bursts of frequency-modulated sound energy between two sensors and measuring the travel time it takes for the sound to travel between the two sensors. The difference in measured transit time is directly and accurately related to the velocity of the liquid in the pipe.

Note: Coupling agent is in the form of a paste and is not allowed on airplanes, so international freight cannot be transported. However, you can choose: lithium-based grease (yellow dry oil), grease, Vaseline, etc. instead.
6. Calibration and after-sales:
JY-TUF2000H flowmeter products are verified one-to-one before leaving the factory to ensure that the factory qualification rate is 100% and the accuracy reaches 1%.
During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems, we promise to replace the equipment with new ones for free. If the warranty period is over, we can repair it for free.
