1. Classification and characteristics
※The ultrasonic flowmeter sensor uses the time-difference method for measurement. It can be configured with different sensor types: clamp-on, insertion, and inline. Currently, clamp-on and insertion types are the most widely used.
※The main unit types are portable and fixed. The portable type is battery-powered and comes with an aluminum alloy carrying case. It is mainly used for temporary measurement of liquid flow in pipes, allowing for checking the operation of existing flowmeters on the pipe, or assessing the liquid flow in the pipe, and can be used to detect leaks, etc.
※The fixed type is powered by 24VDC and 85-265VAC. If only flow measurement is required, it is configured with a pair of flow sensors. If temperature measurement is also needed, an additional pair of temperature sensors is required. Models like TUF2000B and TUF2000S can be equipped with an SD card function for storing and exporting measurement data.
