It is mainly used for temporary detection and is suitable for pipelines with a diameter of DN15 (1/2")-DN6000 (240"). When installing the sensor, there is no need to cut off the liquid flow in the pipeline. The external clamp-on sensor can be directly installed on the outer wall of the pipeline. The instrument has no pressure loss. The host has a built-in 32K memory and can store 2000 lines of measurement data. The measurement data can be transferred to the computer for processing using the matching measurement data analysis and statistics software. The JY-TUF2000H handheld ultrasonic flow meter is equipped with an aluminum alloy protective box, which is easy to carry, dustproof, waterproof, and impact-resistant. For the measurement of liquid flow in the pipeline, it can detect whether the original flow meter on the pipeline is accurate and calibrate it.

3. Clamp sensor installation:
The installation methods are divided into V-type method, Z-type method, and W-type method
V-type installation, The following are three installation methods:
★. V-type installation is the most widely used method in daily measurement, with pipe inner diameter ranging from 15 mm to 400 mm. It is also called reflection mode.
★.Z-method Installation:
When the pipe diameter is greater than 200mm, the z method is usually used. The sound wave transmission signal will be stronger and the portable ultrasonic water flow meter host will receive the signal more stably.
★.W-method Installation:
The W method is usually used for plastic pipes with a diameter of 15mm to 50mm. The smaller the pipe diameter, the smaller the contact surface between the sensor and the outer wall of the pipe. When installing, apply a coupling agent to ensure that the transmitting probe and the receiving probe are in perfect contact with the pipe, with no gap in between, so that the transmission will be smoother.
