Ultrasonic flowmeter classification:
1. Portable: also known as hand-held ultrasonic flowmeter, mainly used for temporary detection, built-in rechargeable battery, with aluminum alloy carrying case.
2. Wall-mounted type: mainly used for fixed detection, there are two types of hosts, the main difference is the material of the host shell. TUF2000B is the mainframe shell made of engineering plastic material, TUF2000S is the mainframe shell made of aluminum alloy.
3. Modular: TUF2000M is the cheapest external-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter, used for fixed detection.
Optional sensor types for ultrasonic flowmeters:
1. Small sensors are divided into: TS-2 is measured medium temperature -30-90 ℃,
TS-2-HT is measured medium temperature -30-160 ℃, suitable for measured pipe diameter DN25-DN100 (1 inch-4 inches).
2. The middle sensor is divided into: TM-1 measured medium temperature -30-90 ℃, TM-1-HT measured medium temperature -30-160 ℃, suitable for the measured pipe diameter DN50-DN700 (2 inches-28 inches ).
3. The large sensor is divided into: TL-1 measured medium temperature -30-90℃, TL-1-HT measured medium temperature -30-160℃, suitable for measured pipe diameter DN300 or more (12 inches or more).
4. Plug-in type: TC-1 standard plug-in type I is suitable for measuring diameter greater than or equal to DN50 or more, (copper ball valve, engineering plastic junction box, high temperature -30-160℃)
TC-1 standard insert type II is suitable for measuring diameter greater than or equal to DN80 or above, (304 stainless steel junction box and ball valve, high temperature -30-160℃)
TC-2 extended insertion type is suitable for measuring diameter greater than or equal to DN50 or more, (high temperature -30-160℃)
Ultrasonic flowmeter for small diameter:
1. Suitable for pipe diameter DN15-DN40
2. Pipe material to be measured: copper, resin, stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, etc.
3. Measured medium: a single liquid without solid particles and impurities
4. Accuracy: 1%
5. Body material: aluminum alloy,
