With the development of our agricultural parties, the requirements for agricultural modernization are getting higher and higher. In the process of farmland irrigation, an important component is the farmland irrigation flow meter, which plays a decisive role in the entire irrigation system. It is a part of the function, so how should we choose the type of farmland irrigation flowmeter?
The selection of farmland irrigation flowmeters mainly consider the following factors:
1. Economical
The farmland irrigation system is relatively large, and a relatively cheap flowmeter can be selected if it can meet the requirements.
2. Security
Since the farmland irrigation flowmeter plays a decisive role in the irrigation system, it directly determines whether the entire system can operate safely and stably.
3. Precise measurement
Farmland irrigation should take into account the area of irrigation, the amount of water used and when it is used, which requires the flow meter to accurately provide the amount of water.
The preferred electromagnetic flowmeter for farmland irrigation flowmeters
Electromagnetic flowmeter: The measurement principle of electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The measuring tube of the flowmeter is a short tube of non-magnetic conductive alloy lined with insulating material. Three electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube through the tube wall in the diameter direction of the tube. Its electrode tip is substantially flush with the inner surface of the liner. When the excitation coil is excited by the bidirectional square wave pulse, a working magnetic field with a magnetic flux density of B will be generated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. If a fluid with a certain conductivity flows through the measuring tube, an electromotive force E will be induced by the cutting magnetic field lines. The electromotive force E is proportional to the magnetic flux density B, and the product of the inner diameter d of the measuring tube and the average flow velocity is measured. Electromotive force E (flow signal) is detected by the electrode and sent to the converter through the cable. After the converter amplifies the flow signal, it can display the fluid flow, and can output pulse, analog current and other signals for flow control and regulation.
