Turbine flowmeter: The turbine flowmeter has an impeller in the sensor. When the fluid passes through, it will drive the rotation of the impeller. We can judge the flow rate by the speed of the rotation of the impeller. This also cannot be selected for sewage measurement. The impurities and solid substances in the sewage will directly damage the impeller, so we do not recommend you to choose it here.
Electromagnetic flowmeter: The electromagnetic flowmeter calculates the flowmeter through the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the fluid passes through, the magnetic field line is cut to calculate the flowmeter. The sensor of this flowmeter is empty without any obstructions, and the solid matter in the sewage is It will not affect the measurement of the flowmeter. Another aspect is that the electromagnetic flowmeter can have a variety of linings, which can be very good for the measurement of corrosive liquids. Therefore, we recommend that you choose electromagnetic flowmeters for sewage discharge measurement.
