1. The direction of the flow arrow of the flowmeter should be consistent with the direction of fluid flow in the pipeline.
2. The pipeline where the flowmeter is installed must meet the requirements of the front and rear straight pipe sections specified above. Otherwise, the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter will be affected, and the flowmeter will be seriously damaged.
3. When installing the flowmeter, in the process of welding the flange or pipeline, the flowmeter must not be on the pipeline, so as not to damage the internal parts of the flowmeter.
4. Before running the flowmeter, carefully observe whether the installation and wiring of the flowmeter are correct.
5. After the power is turned on, observe whether there is a flow display on the LCD screen.
6. Slowly open the valve, the opening time is not less than 2 minutes, stop when a small pressure is reached, observe whether there is leakage around the sensor, and observe whether the liquid crystal display has flow display.
7. If the situation is normal, open the large valve and observe whether the flow rate of the liquid crystal display is normal after a period of stability.
