1. Preparation:
Check whether the installation position of the electromagnetic flowmeter is correct, ensure that the flowmeter is installed on a horizontal pipe, and ensure that there is a certain distance between the straight pipe section above and below. At the same time, make sure that the inside of the measuring tube is clean and that no foreign matter is attached.
2. Power connection:
Connect the power cord of the electromagnetic flowmeter to the power source and pay attention to the correct connection to ensure that the power cord is correct.
3. Function key operations:
Understand the operating interface of the electromagnetic flowmeter and be familiar with the functions of each button.
4. Zero point calibration:
Perform zero point calibration on the electromagnetic flowmeter when the fluid in the electromagnetic flowmeter pipeline is stationary. This ensures accuracy during future use.
5. Observe the display screen:
After starting up, check whether the electromagnetic flowmeter's display screen displays normally. When there is no fluid flowing, the displayed value should be zero.
6. Traffic test:
Under normal operating conditions, use a standard flow meter or flow regulator to adjust the flow rate and observe whether the display of the electromagnetic flow meter matches the actual flow rate. If there are deviations, subsequent adjustments can be made.
7. Parameter settings:
According to actual needs, set the parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter, such as: flow range, flow unit, etc. Make sure that the set parameters meet the actual application requirements.
8. Check the insulation resistance:
Use a multimeter or M meter to measure the insulation resistance between the terminal and the electrode in the measuring tube to ensure that the insulation resistance is greater than 200M. If the insulation resistance is too small, the electrode may be leaking and needs to be repaired.
9. After the test is completed, power off the electromagnetic flowmeter, remove the power cord, and complete debugging.
