2. Disassemble parts:

According to the model and structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter, disassemble the corresponding components, such as sensors, electrodes, excitation coils, etc. During the disassembly process, pay attention to mark the installation position of each component for subsequent reassembly.

3. Cleaning parts:

Use appropriate cleaning agents to clean all parts. Common cleaning agents include: warm water, alcohol, neutral detergent, etc. Do not use strong acid, strong alkali or cleaning agents containing abrasives to avoid damaging the components of the electromagnetic flowmeter.

4. Remove impurities:

During the cleaning process, use tools such as brushes, compressed air, or manual scrapers to remove impurities and sediments inside the electromagnetic flowmeter. Take care to avoid damaging the measuring tube and electrode surfaces.

5. Check the seals:

Check the seals of the electromagnetic flowmeter, such as O-rings, packings, etc. If they are damaged or worn, they should be replaced in time.

6. Reassembly:

Reassemble the cleaned parts in the order and position they were disassembled. During the assembly process, ensure that all components are installed correctly and tighten screws, nuts and other connecting parts.

7. Check performance:

After cleaning is completed, use a standard flow calibrator to calibrate the electromagnetic flowmeter to ensure that its measurement performance meets expectations.

8. Put into use:

After confirming that the electromagnetic flowmeter performs normally, put it back into use.
