1. Product Application Range：
The Intelligent Electromagnetic Flowmeter measures both the instantaneous and cumulative flow rates of all conductive liquids with an accuracy of up to 0.2%. Featuring an unobstructed flow path, it causes no pressure loss within the pipeline. It is the ideal instrument for measuring the volumetric flow of various liquids, including food-grade fluids, sewage, wastewater, chemical solutions, acids, alkalis, and slurries. The meter incorporates digital signal processing, self-diagnosis capabilities, empty-pipe alarms, and bidirectional flow measurement. It supports 4–20mA current output, pulse output, RS485 (Modbus) communication, and optional HART protocol, allowing for seamless integration with PLC/DCS systems to enable intelligent, unified management.

Outdoor installation on carbon steel pipes.
4" Electromagnetic Flowmeter:
For installation on PVC piping; if installing on non-conductive pipe materials such as PVC, the use of grounding rings is recommended.
High-Pressure Electromagnetic Flowmeter:
This flowmeter features Class 600# flanges and has a maximum pressure rating of 10 MPa.
Clamp-type electromagnetic flow meter:
This flow meter uses a clamp connection method, and the sensor material is SS304 stainless steel.
Remote-mount insertion electromagnetic flowmeter:
Our insertion electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for pipe diameters as small as DN50.
Integrated insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeter:
220 VAC power supply; displays cumulative and instantaneous flow; 1% accuracy.
