This is inversely proportional to resistivity in MΩ·cm (megaohm-centimeters), i.e., 0.1 μS/cm = 10 MΩ·cm. There are no moving parts or flow-obstructing components in the measuring tube, resulting in minimal cathode wear, no clogging, and easy maintenance. Its performance is unaffected by changes in the pressure, temperature, and density of the measured liquid. The sensor uses low-frequency multi-state excitation, making it immune to power line frequency and various field interferences.
