※ For measuring sanitary liquids such as drinking water, beer, and milk, a PTFE lining and SS316 electrodes can be used. Stainless steel, such as SS304 or SS316, is recommended for the sensor.
※For measuring acidic liquids, a PTFE lining and Hastelloy electrodes are recommended. For measuring alkaline liquids, a PTFE lining and titanium or tantalum electrodes are recommended. Stainless steel is recommended for the housing, as corrosive molecules in the operating environment can damage the sensor housing over time. 3. Classification:
※ Insertion-type Magnetic Flow Transmitter, which consists of a magnetic sensor inserted into the fluid. This type of transmitter is very suitable for use in large pipelines or open channels, with low cost of use, simple installation, and high accuracy.
※ Integrated online flow transmitter, which is directly installed in the flow pipeline. This type of transmitter is best suited for applications with low flow rates or where the fluid is abrasive or corrosive. In-line flow transmitters are also typically more compact than insertion-type flow transmitters, making them easier to install and maintain.
※ Separate online flow transmitter, the sensor is installed in the pipeline, the converter and the sensor are separated (the standard configuration is 10*2 cable, but the cable length can be customized). This type is more suitable for installation in deep wells or sites with relatively high pipeline positions, especially in deep wells, and can be made with an IP68 protection level, so that if there is water in the deep well, it will not affect the normal operation of the instrument.

The selection of the lining of the Magnetic Flow Transmitter is very important: according to the characteristics of the measured liquid, such as the temperature of the medium, corrosiveness (PH value), whether the liquid contains impurities, etc., selecting the most suitable lining material is key to ensuring that the flowmeter's working life is key to measurement accuracy.
