The sensor of the liquid turbine flowmeter is available in SS304 or SS316 stainless steel. It is capable of measuring a wide range of homogeneous, non-corrosive liquids-independent of electrical conductivity-including food-grade fluids such as cooking oil, beer, milk, beverages, and drinking water. Key features include high accuracy, excellent stability, and low maintenance costs. The device supports dual power supply (24V and battery) and offers standard output options including pulse, 4-20mA, Modbus, and HART (optional), enabling seamless integration with control systems for remote monitoring and control.
2. Classification:
The internal impeller material of a liquid turbine flowmeter is generally 2Cr13 (martensitic stainless steel) or duplex stainless steel.
Display-equipped type:
The turbine flow meter offers selectable power supply options, including 24VDC/12VDC or dual power (external DC plus battery). It features a standard 4–20mA output, with an optional pulse output available to support RS485 communication.
Pulse-output type:
This model is powered via the connected display unit (24VDC). While it typically outputs a pulse signal, it can also be configured for 4-20mA output and connected to display or control equipment. Its primary advantage is a lower procurement cost compared to the display-equipped type.
