1. Application scope:
The oval gear flowmeter is a light volume flowmeter with a pointer display, a wheel accumulation counting device and a zeroing device. It is widely used in liquid flow control in various industrial fields. It is suitable for measuring various types of liquids such as crude oil, diesel, and gasoline. It has the characteristics of large measuring range, high precision, convenient use and maintenance, and can be used in liquid flow measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, electric power, transportation and other fields by selecting different manufacturing materials.
2. Working principle:
This type of flow meter is a single displacement calculation unit composed of a pair of elliptical gears in a metering box and a pair of elliptical gears installed in the metering box. It forms a sealed primary moon-shaped cavity with the upper and lower covers (due to the rotation of the gears , it is not absolutely sealed). When the liquid to be measured flows into the flow through the pipe, the pressure difference generated at the inlet and outlet points drives a pair of gears to rotate continuously, and the liquid measured through the initial cavity flows to the outlet, forming a product of the rotation of the oval gear and four times each displacement. That is the total amount of measured liquid flow. The flow meter is mainly composed of a housing, a counter, an elliptical gear and a coupling (submagnetic coupling and axial coupling).
