1. Electromagnetic flowmeter has a wide range ratio, no moving parts, high accuracy and good stability. It is widely used in many water supply, water trade measurement, circulating water, environmental protection water treatment sites, etc. For media with complex water conditions such as electroplating wastewater and chemical wastewater, it is more appropriate to use electromagnetic flowmeter.
2. Electromagnetic flowmeter can choose suitable sensor lining and electrode materials. The lining material and electrode material are selected according to the corrosiveness, wear resistance and temperature of the measured medium (highly corrosive media can choose anti-corrosion electrode materials such as titanium TI, tantalum TA, platinum PT, etc.), and the electromagnetic flowmeter has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance, anti-interference and high precision. At the same time, it will not cause problems such as wear and blockage, and is also particularly suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase fluid slurries such as ore pulp, paper pulp, coal slurry with solid particles.
3. However, electromagnetic flowmeters cannot measure all liquids. For example, electromagnetic flowmeters cannot measure liquid media with very low conductivity, such as organic matter such as oil, pure water (deionized water), and lubricating oil.
