The standard installation of intelligent vortex flowmeters provides powerful technical support for the user department in the follow-up management. The following specific requirements are put forward to the construction unit, and the verification results for many years are very good.
1. Intelligent vortex flowmeter with 4-20mA output and pulse output.
2. Intelligent vortex flowmeter GPRS remote transmission equipment needs to have pulse input, 4-20mA input.
3. With power lightning protection and signal lightning protection (4-20mA).
4. The requirements for the instrument cabinet of the intelligent vortex flowmeter are: UPS power supply, air switch and socket in the cabinet, centralized installation of GPRS communication device, intelligent vortex flowmeter converter, etc., and locks.
5. The stability of the instrument cabinet requires a cement pier base. The protection level of the instrument cabinet is suitable for outdoor use. The top of the cabinet has a thermal insulation layer to prevent direct sunlight, and the cabinet has a water-repellent function.
6. There should be enough straight pipe section on one side in the meter well to facilitate the detection, comparison and follow-up management of the intelligent vortex flowmeter.
7. When designing an intelligent vortex flowmeter, there must be a straight pipe section of at least 10 times the nominal passage (10DN) at the front end, and a straight pipe section greater than 5DN at the back end to ensure accurate measurement.
8. The intelligent vortex flowmeter should be installed in strict accordance with the instructions. After installation, the grounding should be measured, and the grounding resistance value should be below 10Ω. The equipotential connection line uses multiple strands of copper wire, and the cable needs to be greater than or equal to 16mm2; the instrument grounding wire uses multiple strands of copper wire, and the cable requirement is greater than or equal to 6mm2.
