The liquid quantitative control system consists of an intelligent quantitative integrator, a flow meter, and a control valve (water pump). The flow meter feeds back the pulse or current signal of the given quantity controller. When the accumulated flow reaches the set value (quantitative value), the quantitative controller will give the solenoid valve or water pump a switch signal, which can realize the control of the valve or water pump. Automatic and manual control of feeding is realized.

1. System composition of liquid quantitative control system: flow sensor (electromagnetic flowmeter) + pump + solenoid valve + quantitative control box:
★ The flow meter directly affects the control effect, so the basic requirement is that the higher the measurement accuracy, the better. There is also a signal output function. At the same time, there are many types of flow meters, and a suitable flow meter should be selected.
★ Quantitative control box, the internal components of the control box are customized and installed according to customer needs.
★Cut-off device: The pump, solenoid valve, and electric valve of the pipeline can be controlled separately or simultaneously, and multi-channel conversion can be performed when there are multiple outputs; the solenoid valve is added because it plays the role of stopping and starting, which is conducive to improving the control accuracy.
2. Functional description of liquid quantitative control system: Liquid quantitative automatic control system:
★ Flow sensor: The flow sensor mainly collects flow signals and feeds them back to the given quantity controller.
★ Quantitative control box: It mainly consists of a quantitative control instrument + an electrical box.
3. Functional description of the electrical control box of the liquid quantitative control system:
★Quantitative controller: The amount of water (quantitative value) to be added can be set arbitrarily. After receiving the signal from the metering sensor, the quantitative controller completes the accumulation and display inside it, and sets the required quantitative control value inside the controller. When the accumulated value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this time, the switch signal is used to control the flow-breaking equipment installed on the pipeline, such as valves, through the matching relay or contactor, to achieve the effect of quantitative control. It has instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, and added amount display functions.
★Resume button: When the quantitative control is stopped midway due to sudden power failure or other reasons, pressing the resume button can continue to add the unfinished quantitative value.
★ Stop button: In case of emergency, press this button to stop the valve.
★Start button: After each operation, press this button to reset the quantitative value and restart the next batch operation.
