1. Overview:
The operating principle of an electromagnetic flow transmitter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It is capable of measuring any liquid with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm. As a customizable flow meter, it requires the selection of the most suitable liner and electrode materials based on the characteristics of the fluid being measured, as well as the selection of the appropriate protection class and power supply method based on the installation environment. It can also perform simultaneous measurements of flow and pressure, or flow and thermal energy.

3. Production Process:
The production process for our electromagnetic flow transmitters is as follows: cutting seamless stainless steel tubing; welding the measuring tube to the flanges; installing the liner; installing the electrodes; performing a secondary weld; painting; connecting the converter to the sensor; calibrating and configuring specifications; conducting a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection and verification; affixing the nameplate; and finally, including the instruction manual and product conformity certificate before packaging.
